Kate Zessel is an illustrator located in Pemberton, British Columbia. Growing up in Vancouver, Kate and her family spent many weekends and holidays in the mountains where she learned a deep respect for the outdoors and how to explore it on skis, bikes, or by foot. Kate studied graphic design at the Vancouver Art Institute, and her unique blend of intricate line work, patterns, and nature now appear on her social platforms and throughout the outdoor industry. She has created graphics for commercial brands and large-scale murals for ski resorts and retail spaces, among others.
