Amélie Dubois is an illustrator who worked previously in animation and visual effects. Originally from Montréal, she now lives in Mauricie with her dog Lulu, where she creates her art from her studio. Her book The Trouble of Sophie-Fourire received honorary mention from the Trois-Riviere Book Fair.
